HOW TO FINALIZE YOUR REGISTRATION:

• 1- Please create "New Account", by clicking on "Register Now" and fulfill all details.
• We prefer to use "Google Chrome" or any other relevant browser.

• 2- Afterwards, click on "Login" using your credentials for entering to your account. 
•  
• 3- Now, you can click on "Conference Fees". Here, you will find all the congress fees; including the registration, accommodation and tours fees and its details. 
• In the same page, you can Create Your Own Offer!
•  
• 4- Check on the "Registration Type(s)" you may need. 
• NOTE: You can register for you and your colleagues in one invoice! Please specify the number of participants.
•  
• 5- Write your research ID(s), which you use in SUCI Editorial Manager. 
• If you are registering for colleagues as well, so their names and papers IDs should be inserted in the box. 
• If you will attend without publishing papers, please let it Blank or write No Research.
•  
• 6- Select the Room Type you may need. 
• The default number of nights is "6 nights", which covers all the congress days. 
•  
• 7- Specify the "Number of Kids" in the rooms that you have selected.
•  
• 8- Select the Technical & Social Tours (if any).
•  
• 9- Click on the "green box" now to start calculating the Total Fees.
•  
• 10- Now, you can see a brief about what you have chosen. 
• If correct, please click "Submit". 
• If not, please press on "backspace" from your keyboard.
•  
• 11- You are now so close to finish! Please click on "Print" to have your pro-forma (Invoice/Invitation Letter). You can save it on your computer.
•  
• 12- Please pay the invoice amount using bank wire with the bank account given in the invoice.
•  
• 13- After finalizing the payment, please "Confirm" your payment by uploading the transaction file and/or write the transaction number, and then click "Confirm".
•  
• Congratulations! you have now secured your seats and accommodation. Please wait our confirmation email that will be sent within a week to your email address.
